About ARO

Underarm care, unapologetically different.

ARO is a skincare-first underarm spray powered by glycolic acid — made for people who'd rather treat the underarm like skin than cover it up.

Why ARO exists

The underarm got left out of skincare.

We spend years choosing cleansers, acids and moisturisers for our faces, then reach for whatever deodorant is nearest and never think about it again. The underarm is skin too — and it has been treated as a problem to mask rather than an area to care for.

ARO was created to rethink that. Rather than blocking sweat or covering odor with perfume, it approaches the underarm the way skincare approaches the face: work with the skin, and change the conditions instead of hiding the result.

That's the whole philosophy. Fewer ingredients doing more, no fragrance to hide behind, and a formula built around glycolic acid — an ingredient people already trust on their skin.

01

Sweat isn't the problem

Sweat itself isn't what creates odor. Odor develops when bacteria on the skin interact with sweat.

Glycolic acid helps lower skin pH

ARO uses glycolic acid as part of its skincare-first approach to underarm care.

03

Lower pH changes the environment

A more acidic skin environment makes it harder for odor-causing bacteria to thrive.

The result

Freshness without relying on fragrance to simply cover odor.

Why mask odor when you can change the conditions that cause it?

Adjust

Increase or decrease frequency based on what works for your skin.

New to acid-based deodorant? Less is more at first. Acid-based underarm care can feel different from traditional deodorant, so give your routine a little time to settle in. If your skin feels sensitive, use ARO less frequently and give your skin a day off.

Patch test before use. Avoid broken or irritated skin. Do not use immediately after shaving. For external use only.
